A third eye for the inspection line.
A camera-over-camera approach for high-confidence inspection. Two independent views, one consensus decision — for critical production where a single blind spot is one too many.
A single camera is one bad angle away from a missed defect.
Most inspection rigs use one camera per station. It works on most products, most of the time. But angle, lighting, occlusion, and product variation conspire to create blind spots that the single view does not see — and so cannot flag.
For most lines, the trade-off is acceptable. For critical lines — pharma packaging, automotive safety components, electronics destined for medical devices — it is not.
Two views. One consensus.
Super Inspxion adds a second camera positioned to cover the first's blind spots. The two cameras inspect the same product from different geometries. They each render a verdict. The system reports both, and only passes a unit when they agree.
When they disagree, the unit is flagged for human review — not silently failed, not silently passed. The disagreement itself is the signal.
“A third eye for your production line. See more. Check better. Decide with confidence.”
What you can expect.
Outcomes are measured against deployed-site baselines, not vendor specs.
Independent dual verdict
Two cameras, two models, two decisions. Consensus passes; disagreement escalates. No silent failure modes.
Built for critical lines
Designed for inspection points where the cost of a missed defect outweighs the cost of a second camera by orders of magnitude.
Full audit trail
Both camera verdicts logged with images. Disagreement events are first-class citizens in the report.
Inspxion-native
Same hardware, same Inspxion Studio software, same support model as our single-camera deployments — just doubled.

We invented the configuration
Super Inspxion is a deployment pattern we developed with a pharma customer who could not accept the residual miss-rate of single-camera systems. The reference design is ours, end-to-end.
Geometry is half the work
Where the second camera sits matters more than its specs. Our commissioning engineers spend a day at your line designing the camera positions before the hardware ships.
Disagreement is the product
The value is not in the cameras; it is in how the system handles disagreement. We have built the runbook for it; most vendors have not.
Let's see how Super Inspxion Camera fits your line.
Tell us a bit about your operation and we'll come back within one working day with a structured demo and an honest fit assessment. Demo can be remote or on-site at our Delhi studio — whichever suits you.
- Demo runs against a real production line, not a slide deck
- Fit assessment is honest — including when our solution is not the right answer
- Indicative pricing and timeline shared in the same meeting
