Where the bulk of our work happens.
Discrete and process manufacturing — automotive, FMCG, pharma, food & beverage, building products. We design the control layer, the analytics layer above it, and the security around both.
You run a plant. We make it visible.
Most of our customers run multi-line manufacturing operations where uptime, traceability, and quality are non-negotiable. Some are tier-1 automotive suppliers under OEM audit. Some are FMCG converters running 24/7. Some are pharma and food companies under GxP and FSSAI scrutiny. The technical specifics differ. The pattern is the same: a control system that grew organically over fifteen years, an MES that was supposed to fix it, and a leadership team that needs better numbers without a two-year shutdown.
We work in-place. SCADA modernisations on running lines. MES rollouts that integrate to whatever ERP you already have. Machine-vision rigs that drop in next to existing PLCs. AMR fleets that handle the moves your operators are doing twice. The work is patient because the lines stay running.

Each capability below has been delivered at scale across several plants. We bring senior engineers who have run the system, not just designed it.
SCADA modernisation
In-place upgrades from legacy stacks (RSView, FT View ME, iFix) to modern platforms — Wonderware, Ignition, AVEVA, or open. Without ripping out PLCs.
MES rollouts
Order tracking, OEE, traceability, and dispatch — integrated to ERP and back to the floor. Lot genealogy that holds up to a recall investigation.
Machine vision
Inspxion™ cameras on bottling, stamping, packaging, and assembly lines. Defect detection, OCR, and presence/absence at line rate.
AMR / AGV fleets
Mobile robotics that handshake with your WMS and PLCs. Visual SLAM works with the lighting and racking you have today.
OT cybersecurity
IEC 62443-aligned segmentation, vendor and contractor access, and incident runbooks specific to OT — not just lifted from the IT playbook.
GxP & FSSAI validation
Commissioning packs, IQ/OQ/PQ, audit-ready evidence. Built once, reused across product introductions and regulatory updates.
Four stages, every plant engagement.
Discover
Two-day site visit. We meet operators, see the line running at full speed, and at change-over. Photograph everything. Leave with a scoping document and three options sized differently.
Design
Network topology, control narratives, alarm philosophy, validation plan, and a phased migration sequence — reviewed with your engineering, IT, and operations leads before any code is written.
Build & FAT
Off-site development with full Factory Acceptance Test in our studio against simulated I/O. You sign off and witness FAT before anything ships to your plant.
Commission & SAT
On-site SAT, operator training in two languages, and runbook handover. We stay through the first production cycle and the first month-end report.
What you can expect.
- OEE that operators trust — visible on the screens they actually look at, accurate enough to drive shift huddles
- A 25–35% reduction in unplanned downtime within the first year of a SCADA modernisation
- Documented traceability that survives both an audit and operator turnover
- Vendor-neutral architectures — no lock-in to a single PLC family or HMI vendor
