A vision system that drops in.
Inspxion is built for industrial reality — IP67 sealing, GigE Vision compatibility, and a configuration UI that does not require a vision-systems specialist to operate. We engineered it after a decade of installing other people\'s vision rigs and getting tired of their assumptions.
All three camera bodies — S, X, and H — run the same Inspxion Studio software. Configure once, redeploy across the line.

Pick the body that fits the inspection — the rest of the stack stays the same.
Inspxion S-Series
The general-purpose body. 5 MP at 60 fps, GigE, IP67. Suitable for 80% of industrial inspection tasks — defect detection, presence/absence, OCR.
- 5 MP CMOS sensor, global shutter
- 60 fps at full resolution
- GigE Vision, PoE+, M12 connector
- IP67 sealed; -10°C to +50°C operating
- Built-in lighting controller
Inspxion X-Series
The high-throughput body. Up to 12 MP, 240 fps in burst mode. For high-speed lines — bottling, packaging, web inspection.
- 12 MP CMOS sensor, global shutter
- 240 fps burst, 90 fps sustained
- 10 GigE, hardware trigger
- IP67 with high-vibration tolerance
- Strobe controller for moving products
Inspxion H-Series
The hyperspectral body. Visible + NIR + SWIR bands. For applications where colour and texture are not enough — produce sorting, pharma, plastics.
- Visible (400–700 nm) + NIR + SWIR
- Linescan, line-rate up to 4 kHz
- Cooled sensor for low-noise SWIR
- IP65 with active dust management
- Pre-trained models for common applications
The software.
A drag-and-drop pipeline editor. Acquire, preprocess, classify, decide, output — chained visually, validated against your test images, deployed to the camera with one click.
- Built-in models: defect detection, OCR, 1D/2D barcode, presence/absence
- Custom-model upload (ONNX, TensorRT, OpenVINO)
- On-device retraining for drift correction
- Hot-swap configurations without line stoppage
- OPC-UA, Modbus, MQTT outputs to your PLC and MES
- Image archive with audit trail for regulated industries
What people actually use it for.
Defect detection
Surface defects on metal, plastic, glass, paper — at line speed.
Label & OCR
Date codes, batch numbers, lot tracing — read and verified to MES.
Barcode & DPM
1D, 2D, and direct-part-marking codes — even on poor surfaces.
Presence / position
Component presence, orientation checks, fill-level verification.
Dimensional
Sub-mm dimensional measurements with calibrated optics.
AI classification
Custom models for tasks that rule-based vision can\'t handle.
