Real customer brief
Each solution started as a project for a single customer with a real operational problem and a budget to solve it. Not a roadmap exercise.
In-production season
The first deployment ran in production for at least a year before we considered productising it. The bugs found their way out of it.
Repeated demand
When two or more other customers asked for the same thing, we paid attention. When five did, we productised.
Packaged for re-deploy
Documented, support-modelled, and ready for partners to deploy. Each solution comes with a reference architecture and a deployment runbook.
