Accessibility statement
What we have done, where we know we fall short, and how to tell us when something is broken.
Effective date: 25 April 2026 · Last reviewed: 25 April 2026
Webtech Space Centre is committed to making our digital and physical experiences accessible to as many people as possible — including people with visual, auditory, motor, or cognitive impairments. This statement explains the standards we aim for, where we currently fall short, and how to reach us with questions or feedback.
1. Standards we aim for
Our website and digital products target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We treat WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a forward-looking goal as we update components.
For native applications shipped with our products — for example, the Inspxion Studio configuration software and our Fleet Manager dashboard for AMR robotics — we follow the same principles, adjusted for the platform conventions of the host operating system.
2. What we have done
- Semantic HTML structure with meaningful headings, landmarks, and lists.
- Keyboard navigation for all interactive controls. You should not need a mouse to use this site.
- Sufficient colour contrast against background tones across the navy, teal, and coral palette of our brand.
- Text resizing up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
- Alternative text on meaningful images and aria-hidden on decorative animations.
- A
prefers-reduced-motionmedia query that pauses or reduces animation for visitors who request reduced motion in their operating system settings. - Form fields associated with descriptive labels and validated inline.
- Skip-to-content links and consistent navigation across pages.
3. Where we know we fall short
Accessibility is an ongoing programme, not a one-time task. We are aware of the following limitations and are working on them:
- Some of the more elaborate animated SVG scenes on our homepage convey information primarily through motion. We provide static fallbacks under
prefers-reduced-motion, but we are reviewing whether the underlying message is also expressed in adjacent text. - A small number of legacy embeds — for example, third-party event pages or partner videos — may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We replace these as we encounter them.
- Captions and transcripts for older video content are still being added.
- Our PDF documents (datasheets, white papers) are in a remediation cycle for tags, reading order, and alt text.
4. Compatibility
Our website is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) and assistive technologies including screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack), screen magnifiers, voice-control software, and switch input.
We test against the most recent versions of these tools. Older versions may produce uneven results.
5. Physical and on-site accessibility
Our New Delhi office and demonstration lab are accessible by elevator. We can arrange remote-only meetings and product demonstrations for any client or candidate who would prefer them. If you have specific access needs for a site visit or commissioning engagement, let us know in advance and we will accommodate where we can.
6. Feedback and contact
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this website, in our software, or during an engagement with our team, please tell us. We treat accessibility feedback as a defect, not as an enhancement request — it goes into our regular triage queue.

Post: Webtech Space Centre, New Delhi, India.
We aim to acknowledge feedback within five working days and to provide a substantive response within fifteen.
7. Formal complaints
If you have raised a concern with us and are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the relevant regulator in your jurisdiction. In India, this is the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities. In the EU and the UK, equivalent national bodies handle digital accessibility complaints. We will cooperate fully with any regulatory enquiry.
