Paint shop integration, DACH

A German automotive OEM consolidated three legacy paint-shop systems onto a unified SCADA platform. We delivered IEC 62443-aligned segmentation and full IATF 16949 traceability — documentation in EN with key sections in DE.

GMP-aligned MES rollout, UK

A UK contract manufacturer needed an MES that would survive an EMA inspection. We delivered the rollout with GAMP 5 documentation, electronic batch records, and full validation packs — passed inspection on first attempt.

Vision-based quality control, Benelux

A consumer-goods manufacturer in Belgium had escape rates for label defects that customer audits were beginning to flag. We deployed Inspxion Super Camera (dual-view) — escape rate dropped to inside ppm targets within four weeks.

Week 0

Discovery call

A 45-minute call with a senior engineer, scheduled CET / GMT business hours. We listen for what really matters before we recommend anything.

Week 1–3

Site visit + scoping

For most European engagements we travel to your site for a full-day scoping workshop. Discovery output is a written assessment, not slides.

Week 4

Proposal + commercial framing

Fixed-scope or T&M proposal, with explicit CE/UKCA/IEC compliance approach baked in. Documentation packs scoped from day one — never bolted on at the end.

Week 5+

Build, deploy, validate

Senior engineering from Delhi. On-site commissioning via our European integrator partner network. Validation documentation produced as we go, ready for auditors.

Questions we get asked.

Are you an EU-registered legal entity?

We invoice from Webtech Space Centre Pvt. Ltd., India. For EU customers requiring an EU contracting party, we partner with EU-based integrators who hold the prime contract. Discuss specifics with our team — we have done this many ways.

How do you handle GDPR for site data?

Our default position is that OT data stays inside your network. Where data leaves the perimeter (e.g. cloud dashboards), we use EU-region cloud and treat it as personal-data-equivalent for handling. Data Processing Agreements signed before any data is exchanged.

Can you deliver in German / French / Italian?

Documentation in EN by default. Key sections in DE / FR / IT available on request — we have delivered both. On-site engineers from our partner network speak the local language.

Do your deployments meet IEC 62443?

Our OT cybersecurity practice is built around IEC 62443. Zone-and-conduit modelling, zone certification level (Level 2 typical, Level 3 for higher-risk), and vendor-access auditing are baseline.

What about NIS2 obligations?

Our designs incorporate NIS2-relevant controls (incident reporting, supply-chain security, vendor risk management) by default. We do not provide legal NIS2 compliance opinions — those come from your in-house counsel — but our technical posture supports them.

Are you familiar with EU Machinery Regulation (2023/1230)?

Yes. The 2027 enforcement deadline is shaping how we scope new machinery deployments. We work with notified bodies on conformity assessments where the deployment falls in scope.
