Body shop SCADA modernisation, Midwest
A US Tier-1 stamping & welding supplier needed a Wonderware-to-Ignition migration without losing eight years of historical data. We delivered the migration, kept the line running through the cutover, and shipped UL 508A panels alongside.
OCR-verified packaging, Northeast plant
A pharmaceutical packager was losing 2-3% of saleable units to OCR misreads on metallic foil. We deployed Inspxion OCR with edge-side AI classification, tuned to the foil substrate, with full 21 CFR Part 11 traceability.
AMR fleet rollout, West Coast DC
A 3PL operator wanted to add AMRs to a brownfield distribution centre without disrupting WMS integrations. We delivered a fleet of WSC-Mover M500 with WMS-side integration adapters, commissioned in two phases.
